Most daycares charge the full month, absences included. We don't. An excused absence automatically turns into make-up credit — an extra daycare day or a discount on a stay, depending on your dog's plan. You see the balance, the deadline and the full history in the app. No asking, no having to remind the team.
Your vet, one message away.
We have a partner vet always close by — you talk to her directly on WhatsApp from the app, no middleman. To renew a vaccine, ask a question, or — in more serious cases — flag a sudden change in health. No need to go through the team first.

Where is Kobe Pet and which areas do you serve?
We're based in Setúbal and take dogs from across the region — Setúbal, Azeitão, Palmela and Quinta do Anjo. We'll arrange a visit and show you the space before you decide anything.
What are the daycare hours?
Daycare runs Tuesday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:30pm. Overnight stays (boarding) are available every day, subject to availability.
How much does dog daycare cost?
Monthly plans start at €50/month. On your first visit we help you pick the right plan for your dog's routine and agree on the price.
How much do overnight stays / boarding cost?
Stays start at €15/day. The exact price depends on the number of days and your dog's profile — you'll see the estimated price in the app before confirming, or you can ask on WhatsApp.
Which vaccines are required?
Rabies, DHPPi+L (combination vaccine) and Bordetella (kennel cough). You submit the vaccine booklet with your application, and the app warns you when a vaccine is close to expiring.
Does my dog need to be sterilized?
For male dogs, yes: sterilization is required from one year of age. This helps keep the group balanced and calm.
What if my dog misses a day I've already paid for?
Excused absences generate make-up credit per dog — you don't lose the day. Depending on the plan, that credit is worth an extra daycare day or a discount on a stay. You see and use it all in the app.
How do I follow my dog's day?
You get your own app (PWA) where you see check-ins and pickups in real time, read the notes the team leaves about the day, get vaccine alerts, and can share access with the family.
